KOJI GARAGE
Normal cars are great.
We're just not that interested in normal.
Koji Garage is for the enthusiasts.
» The collectors.
» The modifiers.
» The people who know exactly what they want...
And the people who just know they want something different.
We source, import, curate and create unique vehicles from Japan and beyond, connecting you with cars that have personality, presence and a story worth telling.

This is the fun side of Florence.
Some automotive decisions are practical.
This isn't always one of them.
Koji Garage was born from a genuine obsession with Japanese automotive culture, modified cars and the weird, wonderful machines that make you turn around for another look after you've parked.
It's where Florence Automotive Industries gets to experiment.
» To source something unexpected.
» To personalise.
» To build.
» To play.
And ultimately, to help another enthusiast find a vehicle that feels unmistakably theirs.
JAPANESE IMPORTS & VEHICLE SOURCING
Want something Australia doesn't have?
Good.
The Australian market is only part of the automotive world.
Through Koji Garage, we source and procure vehicles from overseas for enthusiasts looking beyond what's sitting on the local market. Florence's original service vision specifically includes overseas vehicle selection and procurement where Australian supply doesn't meet a client's recreational or business needs.
» Rare.
» Unusual.
» Performance.
» Luxury.
» Quirky.
» Cult.
Or simply exactly what you've been looking for.
Tell us what you're chasing and we'll help explore what's possible.
We don't really have a type.
And we like it that way.
Koji Garage isn't about one manufacturer.
One model.
One era.
Or even one style of car.
Jarrod has deliberately built Florence without loyalty to a particular automotive brand or vehicle type.
So if it makes us curious...
We're interested.
✓ Japanese performance.
✓ Luxury sedans.
✓ Cult classics.
✓ Kei cars.
✓ Oddball imports.
✓ Modified vehicles.
✓ Something we haven't thought of yet.
The badge matters less than the story we're about to create with it.
Workshop footage. Car arriving. Wheels coming off. Parts. Jarrod underneath something. Details. Start-up. Driving footage. Finished vehicle.
Weird is welcome here.
Sourced is only the beginning.
Sometimes you find the perfect car.
Sometimes you find the perfect starting point.
Koji Garage can take the experience further through curated personalisation and enthusiast-focused builds designed around the individual behind the wheel.
Not modifications for the sake of modifications.
Details that make the vehicle feel like yours.
✓ Your car.
✓ Your taste.
✓ Your rules.
Every Koji deserves its mark.
Curated by Koji Garage.
Finished with the Florence mark.
A small detail.
But that's kind of the point.
For us, a build isn't finished when the parts are fitted.
It's finished when it feels complete.
Meet the bloke behind the obsession.
Jarrod Florence
There are people who like cars.
Then there's Jarrod.
Mechanic. Parts interpreter. Vehicle salesman. Operations manager. Automotive advocate. Enthusiast.
Almost two decades inside the industry—and somehow the obsession has only become worse.
» He watches car videos to fall asleep.
» Plans holidays around automotive events.
» Spends weekends at car shows.
Likes cars, bikes, boats, planes, movie cars, RC cars and essentially anything mechanical enough to make life interesting. That's very close to how Jarrod describes his own relationship with automotive culture.
In his words?
“I bleed oil and grease.”
Koji Garage is where that obsession gets put to good use.

Got something in mind?
Maybe you've already found the exact model.
Maybe you've been watching Japanese auctions for six months.
Maybe you have a half-formed idea that's getting progressively more expensive every time you think about it.
Or maybe you just know:
I want something cool.
That's enough to start.
Tell us what you're into, what you want from the vehicle and where you'd like the journey to take you.
